Located 131 S. Seguin Street - right next to the bakery. Parking available on the street.

The Comal County Historical Commission has posted the brief 1967 application for the marker. (visit link) The photo of the house shows that a building on the right has been torn down.

For reference, "Fachwerk" construction is heavy timber framing and diagonal bracing, with an infill of limestone.

Built 1846 by Stephen Klein, one of our first Comal County Commissioners; "Fachwerk" construction. Purchased by Edward Naegelin, Sr., in 1868. Recorded Texas Historic Landmark - 1967
