The Engineering South building on the OSU campus is at the northeast side of the Low Library. The Civil Defense/Fallout Shelter symbol is next to the door on the north side of the ES building, facing the College of Engineering, Architecture and Technology.
The capacity (300) is barely visible on the sign, but it is there.
