Built in 1837, making this oldest covered bridge in Massachusetts. It is also one of the oldest Town lattice truss bridges in the US. On Aug 15, 1994 a fire destroyed the bridge. The bridge is 93 feet long crossing over the Housatonic River. The replacement bridge was completed in 1996.
