Hippo on a Bike - San Jose, California - Artistically Decorated Utility Boxes on Waymarking.com

Perhaps this is an ode to Andy's Pet Shop, which is now closed. On the main sides a Hippo riding a bicycle. On one of the sides is a colorful parrot, similar to Andy's neon sign. A third side has flying elephants, giraffes and other animals.

The back side, facing the sidewalk is just painted yellow with perhaps more to come. One of the sides still has Artist’s pencil marks for the design to be filled in yet, so this is probably unfinished as yet,
