This display of Silhouettes shows the different aspects of the service done by the Public Works Department. There are ten separate pieces of public art here which comprise the whole display. The artwork starts in the front of the building at the posted coordinates and wraps around the west side of the building. The sign for the display is at the posted coordinates. When the sun shines just right, as can be seen in a couple of the pictures, the shadow on the ground makes it really look like one of the workers is standing there.
