In front of the library at 225 S. Howard Street stands a two-face clock mounted on a free-standing post. At the top of the clock is a metal banner reading Moore Public Library.

A plate on the base of the clock indicates that it was constructed by The Fancy Street Clock Co., LLC out of Rock Island, IL. Their website shows that they manufacture a wide variety of blocks, outdoor lamps and lights. (visit link)
