Van Isle Marina is the largest marina in Tsehum (Shoal) Harbour. With over 500 berths and boat houses, full services and the fuel dock, they are the "go to" marina in the Sidney area, the Canadian service port for the Gulf and San Juan Islands.

Van Isle Marina dominates based on services, infrastructure and size.
Van Isle began in 1947 as a commercial marina. In 1955 it was bought by Stephen and Esther Dickinson. The Dickinson family has built the current enterprise over three generations. They ensured the zoning was marine industrial, they invested to expand, dredge and build the current boat houses, docks and facilities including the yacht park across Harbour Road. Van Isle provides services that support the yachting community, local employment and economy.
