Harbour Road is zoned marine industrial. The uncommon signs are necessary in this area as boat crossings are frequent. Boats cross Harbour Rd going from the marinas and haul out ramp to Van Isles Yacht park. There are actually three signs. The coordinates are for the west one on Harbour Rd. Others are east and south of the yacht park gate,
