This rather large pipe is being advertise a pipe making shop.

The shop is just inside a shopping mall and the sign is mounted at the entrance to the mall.
The original business started in 1880, but the current shop opened in July 2013.
As well as selling pipes, it also sells cigars and other tobacco related products.
