A UNESCO plaque describing this heritage site stands next to a 3D Model of the view of the area described in the listing.

The model and the plaque stand next to tram tracks on the the Budapest Promenade on the Pest side of the River Danube. Although the 3D model is on open view, the plaque itself is rather hidden away behind the model. This is rather surprising for a city that is justifiably proud of its heritage.
The site was originally listed in 1987, but has been since expanded to cover some other areas of the city. The reference number for the listing is 400.
