This memorial honoring former OC President Mike O'Neal is alongside the new 5k Eagle Trail, at the north end of campus and just west of Presidential Rd. It is next to an OCU bench and faces a large grassy area and Hole #1 of the Disc Golf Course. The memorial itself is a rock inscribed with the following text:
In Honor of Dr. & Mrs. Mike O'Neal
Dear Friends, Let us love one another, for love comes from God.
Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God.
