Waymark Code: WMKVP

Long Description:
The trail climbs up from the parking area rather steeply with portions requiring steps. It makes a turn and climbs the steep north face of the mountain. As you climb the height of the trees get smaller until there is mostly bare rock or short bushes.
On the side of the mountian a large glacial erratic perched on the side of the mountain. You will also get views up and down the characteristic "U" shaped glacial valley.
The trail does continue down the south side of the mountain. This part is much steeper, then it curves back around to the parking area, or you can go back the way you came.
