"Prominent event designer Preston Bailey stands in front of a 30-foot-high hot air balloon created out of more than 50,000 flowers. The hot air balloon and an animated carousel were unveiled in the atrium at Wynn Las Vegas by hotel mogul Steve Wynn. It is Bailey's first Las Vegas hotel project. " (visit link)
