The tower is sheathed in metal, painted a tan color and resting on a concrete base covered with artificial stone.
The clock faces are gray with black hour markings. The twelve, three six and 9 hours are in roman numerals with the hours in between noted by single bars. The hands are straight bars with no additional decoration.
