Located at the Park Plaza mini-mall, this sculpture depicts a life-sized bare-breasted man wearing a hard had and holding a shovel. Although he wears boots over his long pants, his pants are unbuckled. The figure is probably intended to depict a construction worker who worked on the nearby Hoover Dam.
