This circular fountain pays tribute to the many US Presidents who have come to Dayton, Ohio, and spoken on the steps of the nearby Old Courthouse.

This circular fountain is located in the courthouse square plaza at Third and Main Streets. Around the circumference of the Fountain of Presidents are plaques to the many US Presidents who have spoken to the citizens of Dayton from the nearby old courthouse.

There are individual plaques for Presidents William Harrison (Sep 10, 1848), Abraham Lincoln (Sep 17, 1859), Rutherford Hayes (Jul 30, 1884), Benjamin Harrison (May 14, 1891), Franklin Roosevelt (Oct 13, 1940), Harry Truman (Oct 11,1948), John Kennedy (Sep 17, 1959), Richard Nixon (Oct 26, 1960), Lyndon Johnson (Oct 16, 1964), Gerald Ford (Jun 7, 1976), Jimmy Carter (Oct 3, 1980), Ronald Reagon (Oct 12, 1984), and Bill Clinton (Oct 11, 1996),
