"The station was inaugurated on October 24 1874 , together with the railway Sestri Levante - La Spezia.
Inside the passenger building, built on two levels, are distinct hosted services such as ticketing, bar, waiting room and luggage storage.
Monterosso has three tracks for passenger service.Usually the tracks used are the first and the third."
