I recovered this Oregon State Highway Department benchmark in good condition, although there have been a few punch holes made to the disk face. This BM is monumented on the SE wing wall to a railroad bridge that spans Sardine Creek. The disk also contains the elevation stamping of '1054.0' along with the designation stamping of 'T 257'. My more accurate coordinates will place you very close to this mark
