Along the historic Hwy 99 is the Sardine Creek Bridge as well as a railroad bridge parallel to the highway bridge, constructed in 1906. There is a painted metal plaque located at the NE corner of the bridge that reads:

AMERICAN BRIDGE
COMPANY
OF NEW YORK
U.S.A.               1906

This railroad bridge has held up very well after all these decades of use.
