The building at 700 Carl Hubbell Blvd. stands on the corner of N. Fowler in the small downtown area. It is a one-story brick building with a flat roof and stone coping. The entrance is on the right, with three large display windows to the left. The entry is a single aluminum and glass door, with a sidelight. Above the storefront a large wood and metal shed awning wraps around the building and covers most of the upper wall.
What can be seen on the facade above the awning are four stone blocks, separated by a row of standing brick. At the center is a stone date block showing "1919". The building is occupied by a dry cleaner/laundry and the tag agency.
