Along historic Hwy 99 is the Sardine Creek Railroad Bridge, constructed in 1908, based off a metal plaque located in the NE corner of the bridge. This bridge is parallel to the Sardine Creek Highway Bridge, constructed in 1938. This railroad bridge was constructed from materials made by the American Bridge Company, based in New York and founded in 1900 and STILL in business today.
