The black granite base of this clock is inscribed "Billie Jean Sprawls Memorial Clock” and the date 2005 on another side. At the top of the clock is says "Williston, Inc. 1858” and there is some gold trim around the clock face and the ornate design around the clock face. The round clock has a white background with black Roman numeral for every number.
The Augusta Chronicle contains the obituary of Billie Jean Sprawls, who died two years previous to the date on the clock base.
