One of the earlier buildings in the district. It was a house for a person that had some means. Records indicate a Eliphas Morse may have built it, who was a machinist. The house was sold many times thru 1900's. In 1907 John B Packard bought the property, President of the Conway Cooperative Creamery and the Deerfield River Electric Company, which furnished the power to the Electric Street Railway in town.
