Hibachi Steak House is one of those Japanese restaurants where the cooks prepare your meal in front of you and other patrons. The atmosphere is always alive and busy with multiple dinner stations of cooks flipping, chopping and preparing patrons' meals. Our family had a good dining experience here and it's always entertaining to watch the cook do their magic with a knife or other utensil. The 'Onion Volcano' was the highlight of the food preparation: the cook slices a full onion and stacks each slice on top of another, creating a small tower, then pours something inside it and it lights up and shoots flames out the top. Pretty cool. The prices are satisfactory and the food was good.
