Pred rokem 1560 stála v obci Komárice tvrz. Jirí Korenský z Terešova ji po požáru strhl a postavil s manželkou Kristýnou z Dráchova v letech 1561-1566 renesancní zámek s veží a kaplí . Roku 1598 zámek shorel Roku 1621 do nej uhodil blesk a následný požár znicil zámek až na prízemí a nekolik místností v prvním poschodí. Další požáry byly v letech 1673, 1709 a 1742. Dnes zchátralá budova je cenena odborníky jako ukázka venkovské renesance v Cechách.

Prior to 1560 on this place was a older fortness. George Korenský of Terešov it after a fire demolished and built with his wife Christine of Dráchov in the years 1561-1566 Renaissance chateau with a towers and a chapel. In 1598 the chateau burnt down, in the year 1621 it was struck by lightning and subsequent fire destroyed the chateau to the ground floor and several rooms on the first floor. Other fires were in the years 1673, 1709 and 1742. Today dilapidated building is valued by experts as an good example of a rural renaissance in the country.
