I recovered this U.S. Coast & Geodetic Survey chiseled square in good condition. Although no monumentation year is listed I'm positive it was monumented in 1920 based off the designation from the datasheet. The benchmark is a chiseled circle located in the NW corner of a railroad bridge that spans Sardine Creek. This mark also appears on a topography map as 'BM T7 1054'. My more accurate coordinates will place you very close to this mark.
