The Atlanta Airport is either the most busy or the second most busy airport in the world. It is rivaled only by Chicago's O'hare Airport. It is the main hub to both AirTran Airways and Delta Airlines.

The airport is divided up into a North Terminal and a South Terminal. There are now five full runways serving this airport. In addition to regular passenger traffic, it has become a hub for military members who move from their operational theaters back to their homes for visits.
