DESCRIBED BY NATIONAL GEODETIC SURVEY 1981 IN KINGSVILLE. IN KINGSVILLE, 0.97 KM (0.6 MI) EAST ALONG KLEBERG AVENUE FROM THE POST OFFICE, SET VERTICALLY IN THE WEST FACE AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE KLEBERG COUNTY COURTHOUSE BUILDING, DIRECTLY BELOW THE WEST FACE OF THE CORNER STONE, 0.6 METER (1.9 FT) NORTH OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER. NOTE-DUE TO THE BUILDING STRUCTURE AND DEPTH OF THE FOUNDATION, IT IS DESIGNATED AS A CLASS A THIS DATE. THE MARK IS 1.6 M ABOVE THE GROUND.
