The Confederate Monument, erected in 1917, is a state-approved Texas Historical Marker located on the grounds of the Johnson County Courthouse, Cleburne, TX.

The monument is of white marble consisting of an obelisk on a dais, flanked by two benches. Stairs lead up to the obelisk, and the beds on the perimeter of the monument are used as a flower box. The obelisk has a non-functional drinking fountain, and at its base is the Confederate CSA emblem, flanked by "1861" and "1865." The text on the obelisk says:
