This is one of only very few structures remaining in "downtown" Lowell. The NRHP website is in error of its description of it being located at 107--109 Lackston St - the proper address is actually on Jackson Street.

This is a two-story brick structure in what was once the business district of Lowell, right along the Frisco Railroad tracks, and directly across from the former location of the Frisco's Lowell station. The only clue of its history is the three-link chain logo of the IOOF, indicating that it once served as a lodge hall.
