The city of Tempe encourages artists to submit proposals for public art on utility boxes, among other things. This box is called "Imagine" and was painted in April 2014 by Tawny Gamboa. The box is painted. The northeastern side features the sun, the southwestern side the moon. Albert Einstein is depicted on the northwestern side, and Tempe's Mill Avenue Bridge on the southeastern side.
The box is at the southeastern corner of the intersection of Third Street and Ash Avenue in Tempe.
