Description of Memorial: The memorial is made of 4 shaped columns and one block of white marble, arranged with the block framed on either side by the two pillars.
The Block holds a quite from Winston Churchill, and the four pillars wach are carved with the names of conflicts and lists of names of those Donley County Veterans who served and died in those respective conflicts.
