This postbox if fitted into the wall close to buildings in the centre of the small village of Hernhill. This box is still in use and is in a good condition.
It is located in Church Hill, and is almost opposite the church. Parking is available around the village green which is opposite.
Tell us about the area the post box is situated.: Hernhill is a small village in Kent not far from Canterbury. The postbox is mounted in a wall beside the road, near the church.
Condition of the box: Good/Average/Poor: Good
Is this post box still in use?: Monday to Friday 4:30pm and Saturday 9:00am
Is VR embossed on the post box or is it an "anonymous" box?: The letters V and R are either side of a crown
Any other embossed lettering, such as manufacturer?: Just the manufacturers name
