Bethany Cemetery is located on the northeast corner of N.W. 63rd and N. Rockwell. This is a beautiful cemetery, very well kept and laid out nicely with many vertically standing headstones. The land is flat with just a few trees. Paved roadways bisect the area for easy access.
Lola Bess Stockton's headstone is a vertical pink granite stone with a curved top and a stone urn on each side. It is a double marker for her and her husband Frank, who passed away 44 years before Lola. The surname STOCKTON is engraved at the top center, with two open Bible engravings with Lola and Frank’s names and dates. The slogan "They went about doing good" is engraved at the bottom of the headstone. Lola’s engraving reads:
