North Main BBQ began life as a truck repair shop that dabbled in barbecue on the side. As they are open but three days a week, it is difficult to find North Main BBQ -not- busy. Parking can be the fun part, although there's plenty in the back of the building. That's where the take-out menu comes in, as they're fast on that side of the counter. Their hours are:
Friday - Saturday: 11 AM to 9 PM
Sunday: 11 AM to 4 PM
They serve up ribs, chopped and sliced beef brisket, chicken breast, pork shoulder, and sausage, with sides of beans, potato salad, cole slaw, and assorted relishes. You can get your food as a plate or as a sandwich. Most folks go for the ribs. They'll give you a little container so you can pick out your relishes to go with you, and you're welcome to enjoy a soft drink while you wait.
