The facade brick is laid in running bond pattern, the side and rear elevations are laid in common bond. A metal and glass storefront extends across the first floor of the facade and is sheltered by a flat metal awning. On the 2nd and 3rd floors, there are 4 - 1/1 double-hung windows in each bay. The windows have flat brick lintels, stone lugsills, and decorative stone cornerblocks. The large tin cornice at the roofline has paired brackets and wraps around to secondary elevation.
