Current Baroque structure of monumental three-nave Church of Assumption of Virgin Mary, situated on the site of older Gothic church from 1503, was built by Jesuits in 1732-1740. Church, a massive rectangular building with semicircular presbytery, is covered by barrel vault. The side (lower) naves are separated from the main one by pillar arcades with semicircular archivolts. Simple facades are rhytmised by lesene frames with inserted windows in two rows. To the church's main (west) entrance located in the main nave is by a passage attached massive Renaissance belfry built in 1587. The church was reconstructed several times (1768, 1845, 1922, and 1931), the last reconstruction finished in 1991.
