Location: The official address for Williams Park is 34 Tanglewood Drive, Ottawa, Ontario. That address corresponds to one end of an intra-park path that connects Tanglewood Drive on the north to Old Richmond Road on the east. The park lies near the center of the Bells Corners neighbourhood of Ottawa, Ontario. Bells Corners is a small, largely residential, community, formerly part of the City of Nepean before it was annexed by the City of Ottawa in 2001. Bells Corners is entirely surrounded by the City of Ottawa's Greenbelt.

Description: Williams Park is a relatively small park, roughly semi-circular in shape, with its “diameter” running north-south along Old Richmond Road for about 120 meters. For greater visibility, the official sign for the park is close to the park’s northeast corner, at the intersection of Tanglewood Drive and Old Richmond Road, rather than at either end of the path through the park.

Williams Park’s primary facilities consist of a ball field in the northeast corner, and a small playground area in the southern portion. The playground’s facilities include some small climbing structures, a tire swing, and some benches generally used by parents watching their children play. The northern portion of the park’s boundary contains a number of mature trees. Much of the green space lawn area within the park serves as the outfield for the park’s ball field, home to summer-time pick-up games when it is not hosting local recreational league play. Understandably, the park sees relatively little usage during the Canadian winter. Williams Park does not include a parking lot, so that parking for it is on-street. Judging from Google Maps, a small parking lot situated close to the park’s playground facility appears to belong to the neighbouring condominium corporation.

Williams Park appears in the City of Ottawa's official database of municipal parks, and is searchable on Google Earth, and Google Maps, with several images of the park available via the latter’s Street View feature.
