This Water Tower is 1000 feet south of Martinal Road, 400 feet east of Old Port Isabel Road in Brownsville, Texas.

The large white circular tank has a flat top and a tapered bottom. It is supported by a single large concrete center 'standpipe'. "Brownsville Public Utilities Board" is painted on the side of the tank with the PUB logo.
This is one of four elevated storage tanks that provide Brownsville with a total of 6.0 million gallons of elevated storage capacity.
