The W. Hardiman building was built in 1909, just as downtown Nampa was being modernized. A fire in 1909 made it necessary for this block to be rebuilt.
This building is brick with a pink brick veneer. It has a flat roof with a course denticulated cornice and a mock attic which has the building date and name on it.
