These two bells sit on top of the front entrance of the Palácio Real.

They are about 75 feet up and ring only for coronations or special events hosted by the royal family, although they do not live here. This is open as a giant museum where you can see the hundreds of rooms. The bells are locate on the roof, so I am assuming they are manually rung.
