This light grey granite memorial is located at the northeast corner of the grounds of the Fulton County Courthouse. The memorial is approximately eight foot tall. The sides are quarry-faced, and the plinth is also quarry faced. The memorial is surrounded by a small metal fence and is next to a flagpole and a Vietnam Memorial. The text of the Memorial reads:
