(eng)Paradise graffiti , Olympus of the aerosol . Three hundred and fifty meters long, three meters high, more than a thousand square meters of dedicated entirely to painting urban blocks . Located east of Saint -Pierre-des -Corps , in the heart of a business area hardly inviting romance , this wall is the most important site of the town of Tours "open" graffiti . Mean by "open" the tolerance given to the practice of this art are generally little favor with the authorities.

A careful study of the wall - cut in two by a road - identifies twenty signatures , called " blazes " in the jargon of graffiti . Nicknamed Scylz , Hiske , Dask , Rust, Tronsh , Soup, Joker, Onear , Stick, Fléo , Remix, Adeo , El Nino , Kami or Topaz , most - information taken - are from the city. However some come from neighboring departments , also of Paris , or even abroad.

The first drawings date back to the 1990s , but it is especially two years since the wall is decorated along its length . The explanation is simple: the concrete surface is none other than the outer wall of an old furniture factory ( now Dubinsky ) now converted into artistic wasteland. Dozens of painters, sculptors, actors and other artists here have created workshops with the blessing of the manager of the company ( keen art ) and in exchange for modest rents. With such a neighborhood , playing the aerosol is obviously easier .

(fr)Le paradis du graffeur, l'olympe de la bombe aérosol. Trois cent cinquante mètres de long, trois mètres de haut, plus de mille mètres carrés de parpaings entièrement dédiés à la peinture urbaine. Situé à l’est de Saint-Pierre-des-Corps, en plein cœur d’une zone d’activités n’invitant guère au romantisme, ce mur est le plus important site de l’agglomération tourangelle "ouvert" au graffiti. Entendez par "ouvert" la tolérance accordée à la pratique de cette discipline artistique ayant généralement peu les faveurs des autorités.
Une étude minutieuse de la paroi - coupée en deux par une route - permet d’identifier une vingtaine de signatures, appelées "blazes" dans le jargon des graffeurs. Surnommés Scylz, Hiske, Dask, Rust, Tronsh, Soup, Joker, Onear, Stick, Fléo, Remix, Adeo, El Nino, Kami ou encore Topaz, la plupart - renseignements pris - sont issus de l’agglomération. Certains viennent toutefois des départements voisins, de Paris également, voire encore de l’étranger.
Les premiers dessins remonteraient aux années 1990, mais cela fait surtout deux ans que le mur est décoré sur toute sa longueur. L’explication est simple : cette surface bétonnée n’est autre que l’enceinte extérieure d’une ancienne usine de meubles (l’entreprise Doubinsky) aujourd’hui reconvertie en friche artistique. Plusieurs dizaines de peintres, sculpteurs, plasticiens et autres comédiens ont créé ici des ateliers avec la bénédiction de la gérante de l’entreprise (férue d’art) et en échange de loyers modestes. Avec un voisinage pareil, jouer de l'aérosol est évidemment plus simple.
