The commercial building at 7 South King Street was constructed circa 1880. The three-story wood frame brick veneered building is in an Italianate style. The building features characteristic round-arched window openings with molded lintels and a heavily molded cornice with massive brackets.

The building appears to be in excellent condition and is currently a popular local restaurant.
