Baroque Kounic Palace (Kounický palác), located in Lesser Town of Prague, arose from several oder houses. In 1762 has been bought by count Jan Adolf Kounic and reconstructed in late-Baroque style in 1775. Nowadays houses Embassy of Serbia and Monte Negro.

Michael Karl Reichsgraf von Kaunic (Hrabe Michal Josef Karel z Kounic; 1803-1852) was member of old Czech noble family.

[CZ] Kounic: V červeném štítu jsou dvě stříbrná, k sobě přivrácená, lekna s kořeny. V klenotu jsou zavřená červená křídla. Přikrývadla jsou červeno-stříbrná. Salm - Reifferscheid: Čtvrcený štít se srdečním štítkem. Ve stříbrném srdečním štítku jsou tři červené routy (2, 1). První pole je polcené. V pravé stříbné polovině jsou dva červení odvrácení lososi. V levé, rovněž stříbrné polovině, je v horní části modrý turnajový obojek se třemi laloky a pod ním je červený štít. Druhé pole je červené, posypané stříbrnými šikmými šindely, se stříbrným dvouocasým lvem. Třetí pole je osmkrát zlato-červeně dělené a na něm je stříbrný dvojocasý lev. Čtvrté pole je zlaté se stříbrným dvouocasým lvem. Na prostřední přilbě je v klenotu červené a stříbrné oslí ucho. V pravém klenotu jsou dva červení přivrácení lososi, hlavami na přilbě. V levém klenotu je srnčí zadní noha přirozené barvy. Na všech přilbách jsou přikrývadla červeno-stříbrná.
