Built in 1906 as a bank building and post office. It has a dramatic entranceway with fluted columns, copper eaves and cresting and quoined windows.

In 1865 the Northbridge National Bank was incorporated for the workers of the Whitin mills. In 1872 the Whitinsville Savings Bank received its charter. Both banks moved into this building in 1906.
