This is a luxury hotel in downtown Madrid. From Wikipedia: "The hotel was developed by Belgian entrepreneur Georges Marquet by personal suggestion of Alfonso XIII, and the building involved a new material: reinforced concrete. It was constructed over a period of eighteen months, and opened to the public on 12 September 1912. At the time of its construction, the Hotel Palace was the largest hotel in Europe."

Localized waymark sites (Structures, Landmarks, Businesses) should reflect standard waymarking visit criteria (Logs & photos).
