Rotary Park's Disc Golf Course has 8 holes that honor former and current members of their Rotary Club. Hole #4 is at the southeast side of the park, and honors Jesse Phillips.

Jesse's Green Valley
Jesse Phillips
Jesse Phillips established Green Valley Nursing Home in Perry in 1964 with twenty eight beds. The needs of a family member expanded to help many people in our area. Jesse also built the Taco Mayo in Perry and owns it in 2009. Jesse built the DHS building on Cedar Street that was first established as a retirement center. Jessie (sic) served the Noble County Sheriff's Office as a Reserve Deputy for 9 1/2 years.
He is a lifetime member of both the American Legion and Fraternal Order of Police. Jesse has moved from Perry to Guthrie, but we still have the pleasure of his visits to our club.
