Residing in front of Ayres Suites are two stone sculptures of elephants. There are two bronze plaques in front of each sculpture that both read:

SCULPTURED BY HAND OF
IMPERIAL FUNG SHAN STONE,
FROM THE MING, QUING, DYNASTY.
WE STAND FOR LUCK AND PROSPERITY.

I could find no information on the artist and looked for any engraving of an artist on the sculptures but couldn't find one. In any case, these two elephants are sculpted with designs of dragons on blankets that drape over the elephants' backs and both contain urns sitting on top. These sculptures definitely grab one's attention as guest/visitors pass by through the entryway and greet you with good luck and prosperity. :)
