My commentary:

This building has two storefronts on the first floor. 37 South Main has a wooden and glass door flanked by display windows each with five-over-four panes. 39 South Main has a wooden and glass door flanked display windows with four-over-four display windows. A glass and wooden door leading to the second story is at the far left side of the building.

Fenestration on the second story consists of four one-over-one windows with a wooden door in the center that leads to the balcony. The date "1901" appears at the top of the facade.
